A Bold Debut in the 50-Foot Class

The brand new Bali 5.2 is set to make its world debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September 2025 and marks an exciting new chapter in the Bali catamaran lineup. This 52-foot model delivers the brand’s most iconic features, like the solid forward deck and the signature tilting “Bali door,” and clearly draws a lot of inspiration from the flagship Bali 5.8. It comes, however, in a format that is highly versatile and more accessible than the Bali 5.8, and its slightly smaller size also makes it easier to maneuver. It’s an excellent choice for sailors who want to travel far, live well, and enjoy every bit of the journey.

Adaptable and Built to Entertain

Designed with flexibility and comfort in mind, the Bali 5.2 layout offers a thoughtful interior and expansive outdoor spaces that are ideal for socializing. Owners can choose from 3 to 6 cabin layouts, with optional crew cabins in the forepeaks, accommodating up to 16 berths. The Bali 5.2 interior features a well-equipped U-shaped galley with ample storage, a spacious salon with seating for 12 at a large dining table, and a cozy lounge area for unwinding.

A forward-facing chart table has all the navigation tools that you need and doubles as a work desk for working remotely. Outside, you’ll find a sturdy foredeck lounge, a wide aft platform, and a hydraulic swim platform that turns the stern into a relaxing “Beach Club.” To wrap up the Bali experience, the flybridge lounge is a favorite spot, offering unbeatable visibility and a great social hub.

Engineered for Performance and Freedom

Engineered for bluewater cruising, the Bali 5.2 benefits from Catana’s long-standing expertise in performance catamarans. The sail plan, paired with an overlapping genoa, ensures smooth and efficient sailing. Twin engines come with a standard power of 57 HP each, with the option to increase that to up to 115 HP, providing more than enough power for this vessel.

Those who enjoy anchoring off-grid will be happy to learn that the Bali 5.2 catamaran offers strong energy independence, thanks to a large battery bank and optional solar panels. Finally, the solid foredeck isn’t just extra lounge space; it also adds strength and rigidity to the structure.
