Crafted for those who expect more.

A Floating Luxury Condo at Sea

Guest having a drink on the comfy foredeck of the Bali 5.4 sailing catamaran

The Bali 5.4 is the flagship cruising model of the Bali catamaran fleet, created by the Catana Group and brought to life by Olivier Poncin and naval architect Xavier Fay. Since its launch in 2014, the Bali brand has become synonymous with comfort, space, and innovation. The brand has shifted away from the performance-focused Catana models with daggerboards to embrace a design philosophy tailored to the leisure sailor who values a livable, spacious yacht that is also seaworthy and can perform well in a variety of conditions. The Bali 5.4 embodies the evolution of the Bali line; it offers an experience comparable to a floating luxury condo. With over 128 square meters of living space, this 54-foot catamaran delivers a spacious platform for sailing and living, well-suited for larger groups.

Exceptional Living Spaces and Unique Features

Winner of the 2019 Multihull of the Year award, the Bali 5.4 is packed with one standout feature after another. The flybridge, accessible from both port and starboard, features large sun pads, a table, and cushioned seating. It’s an exceptional place to enjoy the views. Consistent with other models in the range is the Open Space concept, which underlies the design philosophy throughout the yacht.

The Bali 5.4 layout features a seamless connection between the salon/galley and the aft cockpit through sliding windows and the tilting garage-style doors that Bali has come to be known for, all operated with the touch of a button.

One of the yacht’s signature features is the forward cockpit, which is accessed directly from the galley, a layout convenience common on larger yachts. The galley itself is fully outfitted with premium gear, including a massive 615-liter fridge/freezer with ice maker and chilled water dispenser.

A Catamaran for Limitless Horizons

At the center of the Bali 5.4’s design is a commitment to comfort and performance. The traditional trampoline has been replaced with a solid foredeck for stability and to maximize deck space. This structural innovation not only makes lounging more enjoyable but also improves how the boat moves through rough water by minimizing pitching.

A high bridge deck and sculpted hulls further contribute to a smoother sail, even in less-than-ideal conditions. The thoughtful Bali 5.4 interior features a U-shaped, well-ventilated galley, a navigation station with good visibility, and convertible spaces that can be closed off or opened up depending on weather or preference.

Overall, the Bali 5.4 is a yacht that will continue to exceed expectations, both on the open water and at anchor.
