A New Benchmark in Open-Space Catamaran Living

The Bali 4.2 continues the Catana brand’s mission to redefine onboard living. By maximizing space, light, and flow, Olivier Poncin and Catana Group have created a groundbreaking model, perfectly aligned with the Bali DNA. This 42-footer boasts a deck area of 79.2 m², about 10% more than others in its class. Every detail of the Bali 4.2 catamaran embraces the open space philosophy with seamless indoor-outdoor living, large social areas, and effortless movement throughout the yacht.

Seamless Comfort and Performance

As with smaller models in the range, the Bali 4.2 features the brand’s iconic tilt-and-turn “garage” door, transforming the saloon and cockpit into a single, expansive space. Direct access from the galley to the forward cockpit enhances convenience and flow, creating an ideal space for entertaining and social gatherings.

Available in 3- and 4-cabin versions, where each cabin includes an en-suite head and shower, the Bali 4.2 layout offers private, hotel-style amenities. The helm station on the flybridge ensures optimal visibility and makes maneuvering easy, whether you are sailing single-handed or as a couple.

Construction and Customization for Serious Cruising

Built using the high-quality standards Bali is known for, the Bali 4.2 features a rigid forward deck for added strength and space and a high-performance hull that offers excellent seaworthiness with minimal drag. The construction includes a GRP-infused PVC foam sandwich for the hull, anti-osmotic protection, and engineered bulkheads for stability.

Owners can enjoy the option to tailor materials, features, and layouts to personal taste for a customizable owner experience. With several layout options, including different cabin configurations and salon layouts, the Bali 4.2 is adaptable enough to be perfectly suited to both private ownership and charter programs.
