The Bali 4.6 catamaran is a 46-foot sailing yacht that embodies the unique DNA of the Bali range: bold design, generous open spaces, and a focus on comfort. Designed by naval architect Xavier Faÿ and brought to life by the skilled team at the Catana shipyard in France, the Bali 4.6 is built for those who want to travel far while enjoying every mile in style. With its modern lines, innovative layout, and integrated living spaces, this model is optimized for performance without compromising on comfort. Highly skillful architectural and design teams have come together and created a 46-foot catamaran that delivers on so many fronts, making it a top contender for private owners and charter use.

Elevated Living at Sea

At the heart of the Bali 4.6 is its Open Space design, which blurs the line between interior and exterior living. It’s a concept that has been consistent throughout the Bali line and includes the famous tilting “Bali Door,” which connects the aft cockpit and salon into one expansive living area. This seamless flow continues through to the forward cockpit, providing guests with multiple zones to relax, socialize, and take in the views.

With over 95 m² of usable space, the Bali 4.6 layout easily accommodates up to 10 guests in five roomy cabins. On the flybridge, you’ll find sunbeds, a table, and a fridge, ideal for lounging or entertaining. The Bali 4.6 interior galley is fitted with full-size refrigeration, a freezer, a water cooler, and ample workspace.

Built for Bluewater Confidence

Underneath its polished exterior, the Bali 4.6 is built to be reliable and sturdy. The hull is crafted using GRP-infused PVC foam sandwich construction, paired with anti-osmotic vinyl ester resin to guard against moisture damage. The structure is molded in three main sections, with a single-piece nacelle and internal half-hulls to maximize strength.

Two profiled keels help reduce drag and improve upwind handling, while the deck incorporates both foam sandwich and solid reinforcements for durability. Structural bulkheads made from fiberglass and PVC foam add further rigidity. These advanced building methods ensure the Bali 4.6 isn’t just luxurious but a seaworthy companion that can travel far.
