The Dufour 48 delivers exactly the freedom and volume that today’s cruising families have come to expect from the Dufour brand. Designed by Felci Yacht Design, with interior design by Ardizio, this monohull features modern lines, a forward and aft cockpit layout, and good deck circulation that makes life underway feel open and effortless. The Dufour DNA is evident throughout the yacht, including in the performance-enhancing features and lifestyle philosophy from bow to stern.

Spacious, Outdoor-Oriented Design

The Dufour 48 monohull is all about giving you room to breathe, stretch out, and really enjoy life on the water. With not one but two cockpits—one in the aft and one at the bow—you’ve got tons of space to dine, socialize, or just lean back and soak up the views. Two tables in the aft cockpit create the perfect setting for relaxed meals or sunset drinks, while the forward cockpit offers a sundeck lounge ideal for relaxing at anchor or enjoying the scenery.

The signature plancha grill and modular galley transform the aft space into a true outdoor kitchen. Below deck, the Dufour 48 interior saloon is filled with natural light. You can pick between a galley layout that’s either to the side or forward, whatever suits your preference.

Plus, there are flexible cabin configurations to fit your needs, whether you’re planning private getaways or setting things up for charters.

Performance, Comfort, and Options for Every Journey

Measuring 15.29 meters overall with a beam of 4.85 meters, the Dufour 48 is built using injection deck construction to enhance strength and remain lightweight. Choose between a shallow 1.75 m draft or a deeper 2.35 m performance keel.

The boat’s generous sail area of 117 m², combined with a 60 HP engine and a 13,900 kg displacement, gives you balance under sail and power under motor. An electric version is also available. This yacht is offered in 3-, 4-, and 5-cabin layouts with en-suite heads and optional skipper accommodations, making it ideal for both private ownership and charter placement.
