Lagoon 46 — Marylou

The port hull was damaged during a storm when the vessel ran aground. The port hull experienced minor flooding above the cabin sole.

Restoration work required: repair of the hull laminate at the beam; replacement of hull electrical wiring; replacement of two self-contained air conditioning units, one A/C circulation pump, two macerator pumps, two Gulper shower pumps, and one Cyclone low-pressure centrifugal generator lift pump. The watermaker needs to be replaced.

Both engines are in good condition, with 2,600 hours of use.

The aft cabin requires rebuilding. The Tenderlift has minor damage and needs refurbishment.

This is a fantastic project boat! You could create an office or workshop in the aft cabin or convert the port side into an owner’s suite.
